NORFOLK (July 19, 2013) – Col. Susan Seaman passes the organizational colors of Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, to Col. Paul Ryan during a change of command ceremony July 19. The passing of the colors signifies the official changeover of command and is a time honored tradition in the Marine Corps.
