Virginia Beach, Va. (Nov. 11, 2013) –Col. Paul Ryan, commanding officer, Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, salutes the colors as they pass the reviewing stands during the Virginia Beach Veterans Day Parade Nov. 11. A parade has been held in Virginia Beach each year for more than 40 years. This year HQSVBN provided a color guard and parching platoon to represent the Marine Corps.
