NORFOLK, Va. (Nov. 15, 2013) – Col. Paul Ryan, commanding officer, Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, and Ken Boyer, business operations director for Marine Corps Community Services, re-open the new Elmore Marine Corps Exchange during a ribbon cutting ceremony Nov. 15. On the day of the re-open, the exchange gave away prizes and hosted Hampton Roads area Montford Point Marines, who spoke with and signed autographs for Marines and Sailors. The exchange re-opened after undergoing months of renovations.
