Lieutenant General John E. Wissler, Commander, Marine Corps Forces Command, spoke to students of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Defense College gathered at Allied Command Transformation Headquarters in Norfolk, Va. on Thursday, May 5. LtGen Wissler spoke of the Marine Corps' continuing commitment to work with NATO and other partner nations as a forward deployed force and across the Range of Military Operations - a 5-dimension battlefield comprising land, sea, air, space and cyber operations. "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them," stated LtGen Wissler, quoting Albert Einstein.
