Abraham Egley, a member of Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, Fleet Marine Force Atlantic, Facility Maintenance Team, video-calls Carlos Johnson, the Senior Maintenance Executive (SME) of Facility Maintenance Team, for assistance while repairing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC) May 13, 2020, at Hopkins Hall Gym, on Camp Elmore in Norfolk, Virginia. Due to Coronavirus disease precautionary manning measures, Johnson worked from home. As a solution, the team used video-calling to communicate with Johnson to fix the HVAC, which provides the gym with the ability to host a variety of events from blood drives to ceremonies by improving the airflow throughout the building.
