Mr. Allen Sese, the High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Coordinator for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, Headquarters and Service Battalion, demonstrates a workout during a HITT course in the Hopkins Gymnasium on Camp Elmore, Norfolk, Virginia, January 27, 2021. HITT is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that focuses on maintaining and improving physical resiliency and combat readiness.
