U.S. Marines with Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic (FMFLANT), Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM), Marine Forces Northern Command (MARFOR NORTHCOM), Headquarters Marine Corps Intelligence School Training Command and Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic gather around their Lance Cpl. Leadership and Ethics Seminar 1-22 instructors from FMFLANT, MARFORCOM, MARFOR NORTHCOM at Hopkins Hall Gymnasium, Virginia, May 20, 2022. These Marines graduated from a week-long course consisting of knowledge assessment, physical training and open leadership discussions. The Lance Cpl. Leadership and Ethics Seminar is designed to reaffirm the values, ethos, and principles of small unit leadership and is required training for Marines prior to achieving the non-commissioned officer rank of Corporal.
