U.S. Marines participate in a High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) course at the Hopkins Gymnasium on Camp Elmore, Norfolk, Virginia, January 25, 2021. HITT is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that focuses on maintaining and improving physical resiliency and combat readiness. The Marines that progressed through the course will be a knowledgeable resource for physical training (PT) and will be able to conduct PT properly within their respective units.
