U.S. Marine Corps Col. Richard H. Pitchford, the incoming Commanding Officer of Marine Corps Security Force Regiment (MCSFR), receives the unit colors from Col. Corey M. Collier, the outgoing commanding Officer of MCSFR, at the Sports Zone Gym, Yorktown, Virginia. The change of command ceremony represents the official passing of authority from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
