The ceremony not only honored the Marines of the past but gave the Marines of today an opportunity to meet the Marines who paved the way for them. Marine Week Charlotte is an opportunity for the people of the greater Charlotte area to meet Marines and learn about Corps’ history, traditions and value to the nation.
