Andrew Straley, executive officer, Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, leads a discussion with the MARFORCOM officer corps on the commandant’s challenge to morally “reawaken the soul of our Corps.” In October, the Commandant and Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps issued a letter to the corporals and sergeants, challenging them to take the leading role the process. As part of the challenge, Marines Lance Cpl. And above, are required to read “Leading Marines” and “Sustaining the Transformation, by Nov. 10.
