Sgt Peter Charboneau, Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command rappels down the tower aboard Joint Expeditionary Base East on 21 February 2014. The Marines of Headquarters and Service Battalion participated in this fast roping and rappelling exercise to hone skills that necessary to maintaining combat readiness and are in keeping with Marine Corps traditions.

Norfolk, Virginia - Sgt Peter Charboneau, Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command rappels down the tower aboard Joint Expeditionary Base East on 21 February 2014.
