Christian Rosario, a bugler with Marine Corps Band New Orleans, performs “Taps” during the end of a memorial honoring nine Marines of Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 452, Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, at Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, New York, Aug. 27, 2017.
