2nd Marine Division Band performs “Memories of Christmas” concert at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 12, 2015. This is an annual event where Marines and sailors are invited to bring friends and family for a night of celebration as they enjoy some Christmas music performed by the 2nd Marine Division Band.

U.S. Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, conduct a non-lethal weapons course at Marine Corps Base Stone Bay, April 28-May 1st, 2025. The non-lethal weapons course teaches students about weapons that are explicitly designed and primarily employed to incapacitate personnel or materiel while minimizing fatalities, permanent injury to personnel, and undesired damage to property and the environment. U.S. Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit conducted training as part of program Nimble Elder, on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, April 21-25, 2025. The Nimble Elder program provides the 22nd MEU with organic, scalable counter-weapons of mass destruction capabilities. This specialized training equips them to respond to such threats, enabling rapid deployment and adaptability in support of Geographic Combatant Commanders' security cooperation efforts and crisis response. U.S. Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit conduct Amphibious Squadron 8 (PHIBRON 8), 22nd MEU Integration (PMINT) exercise, while underway in the Atlantic Ocean, April 1-14, 2025. PMINT is the 22nd MEU’s first opportunity in their pre-deployment training program to fully integrate with PHIBRON 8 while at sea, allowing Marines and Sailors to train together as an ARG/MEU team.
