180426-M-VO403-0001 JORDAN (April 26, 2018) – U.S. Marines with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) conduct bilateral training with various Jordanian Armed Forces units consisting of the 91st Quick Reaction Force, 77th Naval Infantry Battalion, and 77th Royal Jordanian Marine Battalion during exercise Eager Lion, April 15-28, 2018. Eager Lion is a capstone training engagement that provides U.S. forces and the Jordan Armed Forces an opportunity to rehearse operating in a coalition environment and to pursue new ways to collectively address threats to regional security and improve overall maritime security.
